    hi i have back pain problem in winter usually i need help and some suggestion for this solution ....would you like to give me some useful advice???

    First is to check whether you are overweight, if so reduce the weight.

    If proper posture is not followed while sitting or working in the kitchen, back may pain.

    Lying on the flat surface would help and better to avoid soft cushioned mattresses.

    Massage your back with eucalyptus oil to get relief from the pain.

    Drink a glass of warm water mixed with a teaspoon of honey to soothe the pain.

    Applying a towel that has been squeezed after being soaked in hot salted water to the back.

    Proper position will help in relieving the back pain, better to keep changing the position while sitting for long hours.
