I am very skiny :(

    i am very skiny and very slim, my weight is not increasing. my hieght is good but it looks very odd. i eat every thing to put wieght on and to make some shape of my body. but nothing works. please tell me something.

    urad dal in all forms ... u can eat it try to add more in food items, it gives you good energy as well as you can put weight also...

    Hi nikky,
    I also had this problem. Whatever i eat my body does not respond. I used to have walnut powder mixed in milk twice in a day for 2 yrs. There was no change. My cousins will put on weight in a week or two when they had that. For past 2yrs I am better. But most of my weight in my tummy and hip...

    I suggest you try the following
    1. Make walnut powder. Just add them to the milk when boiling and drink.
    2. Try taking avocado juice frequently
    3. Have banana milk shake regularly.

    thank you all who advised me here how to gain weight. i wana ask a question, what is urad dal? i mean i dont know which pulse is called urad in your hindi language. because here in Pakistan we dont have any pulse called urad in urdu. just give some marks of identification of urad dal.

    Hi nikky,
    If you are non vegetarian, take mutton weekly twice. If you are vegetarian take ghee, butter every day. You can take daily two cup of milk and egg white. may i know your weight?

    Have Non-Veg once a week atleast if U r a Non-Veggie else, have curds atleast alternate day, Ghee with the Hot Rice, Sweets ( if U like them ),also, have lots of dry fruits...that helps in many ways not just weight gain:)
