Daily consuming saunf will cause any damages to health????

    Dear all,
    nearly for the past 3 months after having lunch iam taking scented saunf,will this affect throat or will it cause coldbonk??? why iam asking this is becoz my sister abt 15 yrs' back daily she had plain jeera,becoz of that she suffered from severe cold,so now iam having severe throat pain,so any one plz tell is htis becoz of scented saunf or becoz of winter season:confused2:

    thank you so much for the reply. actually for the past 3 days i had severe cough,so i stopped taking saunf,now i don't have any probs,so thatz y this questions iam asking you all...bonk if anyone faced same like this???

    I'm not quite sure.But i used to have it at office after lunch.I used to just chew it for the flavour and then spit it out.
    I never got any cold because of that as far as i know....

    I think it did not suit you or something.

    The artificial scent and the sweetner might cause cold. These days I am very much addicted to saunf, so was finding out what will happen if I take too much of saunf. But i am having the plain saunf, not scented or sugar coated. I just roasted it a little.
