is he having any neck related problem? did the ache subside after taking medicine?

For me before the actual headache start, i get discomfort with vision and seeing light, a strange feeling in the place between two eyebrows, then a dizzy uncomfortable feeling in the head, forehead, neck then turns into pain. Sometimes, if we are able to feel the symptom, with adequate rest, it may vanish.

If it is migraine, the factors which trigger it should be identified and to be avoided or to be dealt with appropriate gadgets. eg. noise, too much light, walking under scorching sun, food, chocolates, fatty things etc.

Next time when it happens, better note down all the factors to find out the cause. Let him have early dinner - say 3 hours before sleep and let that dinner be a simple one which are easy to digest.

Just check what he had eaten that day. Sometimes severe gas can cause this. I would suggest some dupholac.

Whatever Mimur has detailed, i had the similar symptoms last week. I had a wavy vision and it got cleared after sometime and instantly i felt dizzy. with a head ahce in the back and want to rest my head and couldnt sit straight. I straight away went to bed and slept. It was a peculiar head ache. Once i was awake i was normal. It looked like migrane from the symptoms and whatever Mimur has explained. I remember i had 2 munch chocolates after lunch and ate jaggery (Vellam). I think this has triggered it. I would not repeat that mistake again.

Navyaraj, you should get your husband to a specialist (neurologist) immediately. They will best advise you. Your husband's headache might need serious medical attention, or it might be a migraine. Either way, you need professional help. Go now.
