Home made Ayurvedic hair oil

here's a recipe for home made ayurvedic hair oil for beautiful, long & healthy hair..u'll easily get all the ingredients from any good ayurvedic pharmacy store..

Ingredients :

Base oil : Sarson oil / sesame oil / coconut oil : 200 gms

dry Bhringraj : 100 gms

china rose juice ( gudhal ke patte ka ras ) : 100gms

trifala powder : ( amla : 100 gms, baheda : 100 gms, harad: 100 gms )

Shikakai powder : 100 gms

henna leaves ( mehandi leaves ) : 100 gms

neem powder : 100 gms

Brahmi : 100 gms

shankhpushpi : 100 gms

Procedure: Boil all the above ingredients except oil in 2 litrs of water till
200 gms of decoction remains. Then pour 200 gms of base oil in it & again boil for 15- 20 mins, cool & filter with muslin cloth, store & use.

Never use scented & light hair oils available in market, they are mineral oils ie. oils obtained from petroleum products, they will turn hair grey & are the cause of hairfall & many other hair problems..Make your own hair oil at home to get healthy hair & scalp.
