want to stop hair fall

hi everyone iam new to this forum i have been reading some topics now.i hve daughter of 5 yrs her hair falls a lot. b4 she used to have thick and curly hair but bow she has semi-curly hair and it has bcom thin and her hair falls a lot.i have tried so many things for her hair but still no used. will using this kesavardhini oil help to stop hair fall for my daughter???
can any one tell me where i can i get this? i live in qatar. Does any1 have the idea where i can find this oil in mumbai or karela.

Hi Leila, Firstly you will have to evaluate her nutritional intake i.e what kind of food she is eating, any deficiency in eating habits, secondly is she undergoing any kind of stress i mean new neighborhood, new school etc. These could be some of the of the factors. Also does she tie her hair in tight rubber bands, clips etc, this also sometimes triggers in some children with scalps which are sensitive. I hope you have checked for dandruff or any other scalp infections, lice etc. If this is ruled out, may be you can try Navratna oil which is available in most stores in India which could help her. I also suggest you see a physician if this does not help. Cheers Vara

Thanx you replied to me...i have to check her nitrition part as she is very weak in eating, other than that she does not have the infection and lice problem till now. as you have suggested i'll try applying the Navratana oil but will she have cold with it? as i have heard it is a very cooling oil.

Using Kesavardhin will help your daughter but you have to take care of her nutrition also. Give her protein rich foods like dry fruits and nuts, egg and meat (if you are a non-veg) etc. Add fresh fruits and vegetables to her diet.
