| Padma/Vidisha, I too would be glad to know some veg sources. But Padma, application of castor oil with coconut oil, slightly heated (warm), helps have a healthy scalp and shiny strong hair. Leave the oil overnight or for more than 30 mins and don't forget to wash it. Castor oil is quite smelly.
