| Hi Friends Well all of u hv some prblm related to hair & skin & i think that wat i followed will work for everyone in any weather. The routine I follows seems a lil tough in starting but it is very relaxing infact. ~ I wake up at 4 in morning(don't get scared if I can do it, u can also). ~Wash my face with plain water ~ drinks glasses of water . U can start with 1 glass, later increase it upto 6. It is good not only for ur skin or hair but helps in getting rid of various diseases to name a few r diabetes, cancer etc. ~ Clean bowel & brush teeth & then exercise or yoga a lil with walk of around 1/2 an hour(I don't need more than this as i m already slim) ~ Take bath. When u wash ur hair, never let that water come on ur face. wash ur hair bfore taking bath. Don't use very hot or cold water. ~ I Wash my face 3 or four times in a day. Specially bfore going to bed in night ~ Avoid taking naps ~Don't apply anything(creams, lotions, powder etc.) on face atleast till u get rid of ur skin problems. & later, A healthy glowing skin doesn't require any makeup ~ I Don't take tea, coffee, aerated drinks, junk food, oily food, chocolates etc. list is long? Ok u can take it once in a fortnight but in a small amount ~ Eat seasonal fruits and vegetables. In breakfast I usually take anything like sprouted moong, Poha, Fruits etc and milk. Avoid eating things like Chhole, rajma, pickles. avoid munching also. Take salad 5 min bfore meal. ~ as rainy season has arrived I hv stoped eating curd in any form(hv itin summers only in form of buttermilk) ~ eat at fixed times ~ I go for walk (1/2 hour) in evening also ~ i eat my dinner bfor 8 in evening ~ take warm milk at around 9:30 and ~ go to bed at 10pm after brushing my teeth. I take care of wat I eat. I used to love chocolates but slowly I reduced the quantity & now I don't feel like eating them. i like south Indian though it is not very oily or heavy kind of food I take it once in a month bcos its not made up for us north Indians we hv different climate here & roti-sabji-dal suits us more. So main thing is eat according to season, region and wat ur body can digest easily. There a lot more things, I keep on reading these things from books also, i ask people specially our elders can tell us abt combinations of food as never take anything salty with milk etc. For premature greying of hair one can take Harad Murraba. One piece daily in morning with breakfast, amla is also good. Add these rules one by one in ur life & u will definitely get benefited. Soha |
