suja...henna is so good for hair fall and hair growth!eggwhite is also good.apply egg white and leave it for half to one hour and wash it.its a like a good conditioner.while u make henna u make it in airon container and leave it for whole night,and apply it 4 two or three hours.it s really good for hair growth.do it once in a week.

re: what is the role of henna and egg for hair growth
dear frn
if u eat whole egg or egg white it is useful and u will get protein to ur body and ur hair wil grow :)) if u apply egg white in henn it wil not grow ur hair
let me tell u clearly
henna has a quality to dry ur hair whn u apply
so if u apply wht egg white it gives u moisture and shine to ur hair
its gud for conditioning
makes ur hair managable it give little smell also hence shd be washed off wht warm water and thn cold water
so next time whn u plan to put henna for ur hair better eat the egg rather applying to ur hair u can always supplement it wht curd bcz curd is also a conditioning agent
if u want color to ur hair best is not to apply any additives just mix henna wht warm water let it remain for around 7-8 hrs b4 u apply so tht the dye will develop
regards :)

Hi Suja
I also don't eat egg, a complete vegeterian. U can replace egg with curd while preparing heena. If u wanna apply heena as a conditioner but not as a colouring agent than u can also add a few drops of oil in that so that heena won't dry ur hair.
I was also hving problms related to hair & skin but now that was past & it didn't took long me to overcome my problems, even less than a year & now I hv clean glowing skin & shiny, bouncing hair. Credit goes to my hubby who changed my eating habits & my lifestyle completely. To hv good skin & hair it's important to hv a good balanced diet, 7-8 glasses of water daily, include lots of fruits and a few nuts in ur diet. If u r interested then I can share my daily routine with u.
hv a glowing day ahead
