honey for hair

hi all,
do any of know if v can apply honey to hair. i read in some tips given by ILites to use honey with oil and tek bath. is that gud. anyone tried so far? does that really works? pls clear my doubts. any other suggestions for hair falling is appreciated.

Hi

I have heard that applying honey mixed with milk is good for hair. it makes it soft n shiny.
