my hair loss problem

hello.. 2-3 years i have very bad hair loss problem..

i am using clinic plus ayurvedic shampoo and parachute oil

one day i used the dove hair fall conditioner, bt this increase my hair loss very badly..

now my hair is very much thin... i cant do any hair style .. it looks soooo yeak...

n i dnt care abt my food .. i mean i eat fruits rarely...

so any one can help me here?

n as i know our food affects on most of problem of our body n hairloss too..

Even i have the same problem. Once i used sunsilk conditioner and hair loss shampoo.. I lost more hair just for using once..

Better avoid all chemical conditioner and shampoo. Use home made shaikai powder for hair wash or meera herbal powder or shampoo as it is very mild compared to other products.. before washing apply hair oil and leave for an hr. which acts as a conditioner for hair.

Try some herbal hair packs which suits your hair. And eat curry leaves or curry leaves powder daily which might help to certain extent.

If u stay at home try to apply hair oil evry day.

Instead of parachute oil apply Bhringaraj or Bhrami amla hair oil.
