Do Ayurvedic oils really work?

Hi have anyone used ayurvedic oils like neeli bringadhi oil or bringamalakdhi oil?
Does it gives good results?

I have used neelibringadhi oil for my hair and it does give good results. stops hair fall and then starts off growing process. I apply it and leave for half an hour and then wash off with either shampoo or shikakai.
