    Hi saroj,

In your recipes you have mentioned fenugreek powder.

Can i powder the fenugreek seeds and use it evrytime mixing with water,or soak fenugreek overnight and grind to paste and use it!!!!!!!!!!

    Which is more effective???????????

    Priti.
You can use both the ways. But using the whole soaked Fenugreek is more effective in terms of Hair pack.
If using powder, make the paste with water leave it for 1/2 hour(along with other ingredientsof the pack).so that will get the fluffy nature when using.

    Hi Yashikushi,
I have a quick question for you, I just ordered the meera powder to use as a shampoo, can you say if this is any good? I am getting my ingredients together to try all your packs and esp. your oils. They all sound so great! I have been converting or rather changing my lifestyle to all things natural when it comes to my hair and body. I have found that your ideas are wonderful and extremely helpful. Thank you very much for the tips.

I did something this past w/end that got me thinking. I mixed olive oil, coconut oil and some mustard oil together and applied to my scalp and a little to my hair. On top of that I added some other conditioners and sat under the heat cap for a couple of minutes. I went to sleep with it covered. Next morning my scalp was itching. Can it be that I overdid it? Please let me know. My hair is butt length and it would have been longer but I am constantly cutting it to waist so that I can thicken the hair up. What else is helpful to thicken my hair? How long is your hair? Sorry I did not mean to ask so many questions but I consider you the hair guru here.

Oh by the way...I love your son's pictures that he drew!

Everyone longs to use natural goodies, but alas!!!!
Becose of the unavailability of them have to get the alternate. You can use M.Powder, since its a herbal product. No need for you to list out the chemicals(shampoos) people use,as you have already glosed out.
    Switching to natural means!!!.Bow yar.

Too much of anything is good for nothing. This is what happened in your case. That too for how many hours?:hide: along with the heat cap.O.M.G:bonkThis is absolutely over enthuse.
The oils you used have different saturation points & properties. So mixing up all resulted in extreme oil secretion, then itching with scaly whites. Please never try this.
Our coconut oil is more than sufficient for oil massage. It has all the neutral goodness. So stick to that.
Long hair is a gift: not a curse. If you are satisfied with that length let it be.beauty lies not on the length but on the health.
Just read this to know my secret.

Thanks Yashikushi! You have been great! I am thinking of just trying one oil at a time, so that I will not have a repeat performance of what happened. The other oil I would love to try is sesame (til) oil but only after my coconut oil runs out. I enjoy reading your response and your advice. Thanks!:rotfl
