I have a small doubt. What does a hot towel mean? Should we put the towel in hot water and then take it out and use on our head????????

In parlour, usually after oil massage they do steaming process for our hair.
Hot towel Wrap is the one we can do it at home.( Since its affordable)
Dip the towel in hot water and squeeze the excess water and wrap it. The towel should be little bit hot.

It may have any preservative. Its better to use pure coconut milk instead of powder.
