My grand-mom boils hibiscus leaves+hibiscus flowers+ tulsi leaves+ curry leaves in coconut oil and then strain out the oil.
One of my teachers in HS had such beautiful silky black hair and she gave credit to the coconut oil+curry leaf (the one you mentioned in your posts).
Thanks Ami for sharing yours too,and exchanging the testimonials.Sure will fellowlites get little confident by this.s

Very nice and informational post. I have a question, is it ok to add all the ingredients? I have been thinking of making home made oil with coconut oil plus curry leaves, tulsi, lemon, amla and other ingredients.

do mixing some of the ingredients produce any negative effects?

Dear Yashi,
Nice recipes. I like the way you presented it with picture. Coconut oil with coconut milk recipe is quite new and different to me.
By the way here is my hair oil recipe.
Coconut oil+ curry leaves+ hibiscus+ Amla+ Powder of (fenu greek+ Vaal milagu + neem leaves)
But I use coconut milk once in a week for hair.

I heard that heating coconut oil and then adding the leaf paste will not be so affective, as coconut oil will loose its originality.'

Instead of coconut oil, the more beneficial would be adding Agmark Gingerly oil.

Correct

Thanks Mahima.
Ya.You can add all these, except lemon.Didn't mention its whole lemon or L.juice.Avoid L.juice.Use only lemon rinds(less quantity). All are natural herbs which will tend to give only additive effects.
