Default A Natural Hair Dye for IL!

Hello Ladies,

I came across this in one of the Tamil Magazines and I am putting it for you now.

Mix equal quantity (say 100gm) of Henna Powder and Amla Powder and make it to a paste adding water. Keep the mixture in a Iron vessel (or iron kadai) overnight. The next day you can find the mixture - turned black in colour. Add some curd (2 ladles) to the mixture and apply to your hair. Repeat this once or twice a week. You can see your hair turning black gradually. This is a natural home remedy for grey hair and it is harmless too.

Hi Vanaja,

Thanks for your tips. It's an excellent tip for me as I was longing for making my grey hairs into black as I do not like to go to parlours. Shld. try it and get back to you after the result. But, as Shravanthika say, will all the grey hair turns into brown ?

Regards,
Suni.

Dear Vanaja
This is a good hair dye I was using this for many year but now I have stopped and instead of using just plain water you can use tea water for mixing the mixture.
But grey hair will turn to reddish brown and black hair will remain black, but you have told that it has turned black that is great ya as it never happened to me that way.
But this is a super dye I still like this to use, but some places we don't get regularly henna so now switched to hairdye.

Hi Shravanthika,
It doesn't get deep color on dark hairs..
It turns color only to the grey ones.....

Regards

Thumbs down Re: A Natural Hair Dye for IL!

This is one of mah fav tip to use... really gud, it turns grey hair into black and keeps black hair like that only...

For normal and dry hair apply som oil before applying this mixture to hair..
no need for oily hair...
