Default Tips for beautiful hair

Hi friends,

I just want to start this thread so that we can share many tips regarding haircare.

1. Egg white make wonders on hair.Apply it half an hour before headbath. It acts as a good conditioner.

2. With incresing stress these days(particularly for working women),try applying castor oil for hair atleast 1 hour before headbath(remember you should massage with your fingers thoroughly). You feel very relaxed and it also results in a smooth hair.

Some body having tips to reduce falling hair, please do post in this thread

Default to strenghten Hair roots

Hi Ladies
I just saw this thread , immeadialtely i am posting reply.
I believe this tip will help u lot

To control hair loss u can use Home made fresh coconut milk
Apply it nicely on scalp.. if possible to hair also...keep it like that till it gets dry . 3 to 4 hrs is enough.
If u can keep it like that overnight, that will be good.( u can cover it nicely with shower cap after 1 or 2 hrs)
After that wash it with warm water..don't use shampoo immedialtely..
next day u can have head bath with good shampoo
weekly once is compulsory
Also have healthy diet, & don't take tensions.

for coconut milk
grind 2 cups of scraped coconut in blender..finely to get milk..
put that in one good cloth ..sqeeze it to get coconut milk

it..really works nice
my mother used to do this for me & my sister..
but that time i hated this& all process..bcz after taking bath with warm water that whole day hair smells like coconut & face looks oily

But my sister did this..now she is having long & healthy hair.

thanku
bye
Suneeta

Default My suggestion....

Hi Ilites
This idea is nice.
We can post so many tips regarding hair problems and etc.
Here is my tip, which I am following regularly...

Take Hibyscus powder, methi powder and amla powder in one bowl and mix water in that to make it like a paste. We can soak it over night.
Then apply on scalp 1 hour before taking head bath.
It'll leave ur hair so smooth and it will help the hair to grow.

I'll follow it once in a week. This is really nice.
So I hope u all have a try.

Gayathri.

Default Hello Harithasasi,

THANKS for starting this thread.
the tips you have posted are really good but one correction pls
egg white makes our hair dry, so it is better to apply oil first and then egg white .keep it till it gets dried and then shampoo the hair, its my personal experience.
thanks

Default hi Sonia

U said u r using head and shoulders shampoo.
I found it wont suit for every one. If u r loosing ur hair after applying oil, after head bath, and whenever u comb, then u should stop using it.
I'll use Sunsilk. This is far better than that head and shoulders.
But if it suits u, its great!!! U continue with it.
And coming to oil, vatika is the one which wont suit all. But if it suits, ur hair will grow like anything. The reverse thoery also applies here.
If it doesnt suit, hair will fall continuosly. So try these.
Egg-I dont have any idea. But when I apply henna, I'll mix the white part. Thats all. It helps ur hair a lot. I dont know about the yello portion.

Gayathri.

Default simple but effective tip !

Dear Friends ,
I give u one simple tip for hair- growth : Massage ur scalp with ur finger tips gently ( need not use any oil ) . Do it regularly before going to bed .It stimulates blood- circulation . Within few days hair- falling gets stopped & you are sure to get a healthy and long hair in course of time . I've experienced it myself. Try & give ur opinions please....( Of course u have to do oil - massage too ,once in a week . )
Affly,
Indhu.
