Different hair styles for long hair?

Ladies,

I have a little long hair,i want to know what are the different hair styles that can be done with long hair. Am always used to put "Jadai" with my hair to my office. Being in US,people (Indian ladies) around me are with different haircuts / styles. If you have any interesting ideas for long hair, please share with me ladies.

Just curious. What is Jadai?

Also how long is your hair?

Till your shoulders blades, half way your back or longer. Please specify sothat we can advise.

Length of my hair is till my elbow.

You can also have your hair layered. But you need to find a hair stylist who you trust and will do what you want him/her to do.
I myself find Ash hairstyles nice, don't know if you like them:
