 hair loss - Biotin Hi My friend is coming from NJ , USA, her doc. told her use BIOTIN for hair loss.. I also want to use BIOTIN 600mcg...for hair loss... did anyone tried this before? how is it? Skavi      |

 Re: hair loss - Biotin Hi, I've used Biotin for four months. i dont find any improvement. Rather than intake of milk, egg white, and grean leafs will prevent from hair loss......... also take dates ...........

| Re: hair loss - Biotin Yes go for Iron and zinc rich diet. go for leafs atleast once in a day have more and more skimmed milk. Thts enough |
