Smile How to get lengthy hair

Hi friends,

I would love to have long hair, but nothing seems to help me grow it long.
My hair is very thin stranded and becomes dry towards the end. Everytime my hair reaches the length(till my elbow) it starts becoming thin and dry . So when I tie a pony it looks very curly, uneven and ugly at the end because of which I end up trimming my hair thus reducing the length. This happens like a cycle and I am never able to grow it below the elbow. I am a person who needs to travel everyday for my office and because of th e pollution it gets dried and lifeless soon. I cannot afford to loose hair as I have little there just to hide my scalp . Friends any ?

Regards,
Sundari

Though I dont have long hair..however this is my observation with my hair..so try and chk whether it works for you or not..

I do a hair oil massage every weekend and put a henna pack or methi seeds paste in curd and have a headbath with reetha or shikakai...no shampoos...or chemicals...it makes my hair grow thicker and longer very soon....sometimes that i have to get my hair trimmed twice in a month....but the hair texture looks n feels very nice..try using meera powder also..that is also good...

eat good protein food for lushous growth ofhair...

wash your hair one or two times a week no more,
use delicate shampoo like baby's shampoo and apply conditioner particularly on the end of your hair,
apply henna two times a month and if you have time massage your scalp and hair with almond oil or coconut oil leave it for 1-2 hours and than wash air with little shampoo.
if you need to travel for work, comb your hair in tresses, buns, chignon this helps against pollution.

I hope I helped you!!

Good luck!!

Lalla

Thank you so much, saahitya and lalla for your replies.

Can we use henna twice in a month? Which brand of henna do you use? Any procedure we need to take before applying so that the hair doesnot become red?

Love,
Sundari
