hair colouring done -no results

hi friends,

yesterday i applied henna soaked with tea water ,beet root water and applied to my hair kept for 4 hrs and then washed.

but my hair colour is still black. i was expecting a reddish hint to my hair

could anyone please tell me what went wrong.

Did you use Shampoo while washing the hair and before night did you apply warm oil to ur hairs?

how do u prepared ur beetroot water.
I think u have to cook & grind the beet roots & then mix that paste.

Are hair colouring products (garnier) are good/bad for hairs.Does it effect the hair
Plz suggest if u have any idea about hair colouring , bcoz i am planing to get hair coloured

Generally they say hair coloring is bad for hair.. But I colored my hair once using garnier hair color. I dint face any problems like hair loss or dry hair. May be you can also try it if it suits you.

I have used garnier colors at first time it was good but after two or three application during the year my hair became dry as I have burned them.
Use natural plants , is better!!!

It will take a few applications back to back before you get a reddish tint. Also add some paprika. Ofcourse if your hair is jet black, you may only see a red tint in sunlight. Also you need to wait for 3-4 days to see the full effect of henna as it oxidises over time & gives a deep color. Another factor you may want to consider is the quality of henna u used. Easy way to test is to premix henna for a couple of hours for dye release. If the henna stains on touch.....like a mild orange on ur hand...it should be good for hair.
