Regular hair coloring will affect our hair

yes. Mine was also like that only. I had done hair straitening and coloring very often by which my hair became very rough, dull and lots and lots of split ends but i started doing treatment in home myself. Now it is very smooth and soft. No split ends.. This treatment u have to do once a week till ur hair be normal and after that u can do once a month to maintain ur hair..
massage ur hair with warm mustard oil a day before at bed time and let ur hair get nourish whole night. Next day use the mixture of Methi powder, Curd and sugar and apply on ur hair like how people apply henna. let it dry for 1 hour..and wash hair till all methi are washed properly then apply shampoo and conditioner...

Don't forget to apply oil at least 2 hour before everytime u wash ur hair.

Methi help soften ur hair..Curd nourish ur hair and sugar help ur hair shine..

U can use other oils too if u don't like mustard oil..parachute hot oil is also good..

 

Sorry dear i don't have grey hair problem so don't know it works for that or not but certainly is very effective for other hair problems..

Applying oil in ur hair every time before washing ur hair and using conditioner after shampoo is itself a very simple and easy way to maintain ur hair. i don't know any other way.. i wrote these treatment as per my experience and it worked on me..

 

I apply oil regularly and whenever I apply conditioner my hair become very sticky. pls suggest a good conditioner
