Hair fall - something that worked for me!

Hi IL ladies,

Post pregnancy, I have been facing severe hair fall. Tried biotin tablets, varied hair packs but nothing seemed to work. Quite recently, tried applying egg white mask mixed with oil and it seemed to work well on my hair. I could see a reduction in hair fall. I have tried it a couple of times already and I love the effects.

This is how I do it:

- Extract egg whites from two or three eggs (depending on the length of your hair).
- With this, mix few drops of oil of your choice. First time I mixed a combo of castor, almond and coconut oil. Next time, I mixed almond oil. Both seemed to work.
- Apply this mask on your hair. Leave it for 15-20 minutes and wash with cold/luke warm water. Dont wash with hot water!!!
- If need be, wash with shampoo. I washed with shampoo.

I found out that every mask would not suit every one. Find the one that suits your hair. This mask is working well for my hair type. You could give a try and find out if this suits your hair!
