    Hi All,

I have strong and long hair. But my hair is dry and frizzy. 2 months ago I changed my shampoo. I switched over to Biotique sea kelp. It made my hair shiny and smooth. But I am experiencing hair fall which is abnormal and my hair is losing its strength.

Finally my hair becomes limp, each strands of my hair becoming thin. I need suggestions to get rid off this problem. I planned to change over to some other shampoo, so posting here to seek your guidance.

I want a shampoo which will reduce the breakage problem, hair fall and make my hair strong. Please suggest me some shampoos and home remedies(nature care) to sort out my problem

    Thanks ladies.

    Hi,

I know hair fall is a major problem. Just try these,

    1. Mix almond oil, olive oil & coconut oil warm and apply onto your hair and leave for 20 mins and wash it - this will help to strengthen your hair

2.Take some curry leaves boil it in coconut oil allow it to warm then close and keep it over night. Start using this oil from next day, use this everyday.

3.Check whether you have dandruff. If so that might be the root cause.

try some sulphate free shampoo or mild herbal shampoo.

also while shampooing, massage the scalp with shampoo to remove dirt and do not massage the loose ends of your hair, just apply shampoo in vertical strokes and then rinse. This will reduce frizzy hair
