Hi
I am neha and I am working in an It industry (HCL comnet).

I am having oily dandruff since for last two years which has also resulted in major hair loss.
These days this problem makes me feel as if i am growing bald. Please help me out with this problem.
I am eagerly waiting for your response.I am not sure where would this post of mine be landing

soak fenugreek overnight . Grind and apply the paste on hair. Leave it for 30 mints. Wash it off with a mild shampoo. This will also help to reduce dandruff. You can add lime juice few drops in fenugreek paste while applying.

Rgds,
RB

Hi

Ways to combat dandruff to the best of my knowledge include

Eat Iron enriched foods like dates or go in for iron supplements.

Check your acne problems if any as the oily sebum is the base for the fungus causing dandruff to nourish on.

Heat pure coconut oil and apply and leave on to the scalp. Do not use comb. Wash off with little shampoo (You can go in for Nizoral which is really effective or Selsun the one containing selenium sulfide effective in treating dandruff)

Grind Vaal milagu and mix with 2 tspns of vinegar (will be white in color available in Indian traditional medicine store) and apply to the scalp and leave on. Wash off hair as usual with shampoo. You have to do it atleast for 6 weeks to get promising results.

Last but not least get relieved of constipation problems if any.

All the best.
