Hi rekhanew.. i don't know reetha and shikakai soaking overnight is gud or bad... but my mother use to say, like reetha is effective when it is raw.. mostly people will use boiled reetha only.. i think better u discontinue reetha..

I too having the same hair fall problem.. but i'm trying one hair pack.. it is reducing my hair fall as 60%.. here u go..

curd, some lemon juice, egg white mix it well and apply ur hair and leave it for 20 to 30 mins.. then wash it off with mild shampoo.. it really help u.. weekly once u can try this..

Another one i'm doing is, mix almond oil with 2 table spoon of lemon juice apply this in ur hair and leave it for 30 mins then wash it off with mild shampoo.. this will gives u shine hair and reduce ur too much hair fall also.. I'm doing this every week .. my hair is good now and growing fast..

    hope i could help.. :)

    thanks..

Hai......... Me too had same problem by using some hair products like yours. My home remedies didn't work properly to stop my hair fall. At that time one of my friend suggest me a clinic kayakalph bangalore. I followed the advice given by them and took treatment. Now i am satisfied. I can suggest this clinic for you .

I am not sure about Reetha Shikakai as i never used it. I also had similar problem and i did -

    1. changed my shampoo...i started using Loreal Paris (black one) , got big relief.
    2. I was very regular to Heena earlier but stopped after kid. Now started again atleast once in a month. This time I started Patanjali Heena and it helped me a lot in hair fall.
3.Changed my hair oil - mix 200 ml of coconut oil (or olive oil) + 100 ml of castor oil +100 ml of almond oil (this is optional, I used almond oil first time this month) + 5 ML Aromatherapy stimulates oil (this is very small bottle I guess 10 ml for 235INR, this is also optional , I didn;t apply it from last 2 month as didn't find in USA) +10 vit E capsule (very cheap). Warm it and apply before hair wash.

Trust me I had wasted thousand of Rupees and dollors for hair fall (even consulted Dr) . But Now I am in much better condition. Please try and let me know your feedback

Aloe vera is known to reduce hair fall. crush the leaves, and apply the paste on your scalp, and wash it off with plain water. do this once or twice a week. also try eating gooseberries daily, it will also help.
