continous dandruff problem

hi friends,

i have dandruff problem. i have applied home remedies like fenugreek paste ,curd etc and shampoos like head&shoulder , t-gel etc but still coming back.
when i comb white flakes are falling and excess hair loss is there .
please somebody who have effectively controlled dandruff help

i feel sorry about ur dandruff problem...
u know its very easy to vanish... if u follow the right n constant procedure....on d other way... if u dnt follow... u r jus tryin to increase...

dandruff are of various types... but its knwn as the dry skin of our scalp apart from dust ...
try to visit a gud doctor....few tips r...

1. try to apply oil lightly but in alternative days...
2. heat coconut oil (if u wish coconut oil+castor oil+til oil) apply on ur hair
jus an hour r half-an-hour b4 ur head bath...
3. never allow ur scalp dry...(applying oil in not jus applying over ur hair on
head but jus try to apply from below so tht ur fingers touches ur
scalp....very light application 'll do... u can do tis even ur bed time)
4. else try to apply lime juice /butter milk b4 ur last rise...
this helps in maintaining the essential oil on ur scalp
5. FOLLOW A GUD DIET, GIVE PROPER MILD MESSAGE USING UR
FINGERS... REGULARLY... never use shampoo ....if u wish jus try (clinic+, sunsilk black) others r very strong n make ur scalp dry ...
6. REMAIN STRESS FREE

sure ur problem 'll come to n end ... dnt wry as u r creating more stress....
