Blackstrap molasses for hair

Hi Ladies,
In the continuous quest for beautiful hair... I tried applying molasses for hair this weekend. kept the sticky messy thing for 30 mins and rinsed it out. the result was soft and silky hair. bonus: no dandruff.

Blackstrap molasses is good to take internally for healthy hair and also good to apply on your hair.

Wet your hair and apply the molasses and let it soak for 30 mins. it is going to be messy and sticky but anything worth it for beautiful hair ;-)

Molasses is good becos of its copper, iron magnesium content. it is supposed to reverse the graying of hair ( in its early stage) due to deficiency of minerals.:thumbsup

I thought first i will try applyin on the hair before taking it internally.
Dh wants me to put the molasses on his hair after seeing how soft mine is now. when i applied it, dh and kids were teasing me but now he is asking me to do it for him so i am sure it is really really soft.

if you are not sure do test a part of ur hair before u apply for the whole scalp.

It is different. It is a by product of refining sugarcane into sugar. it is a thick sweet syrup which is used in cooking,baking too. high in minerals and iron. there are different types and varieties.

 

I got grandma's unsulphured molasses.

i think unsulphured is better.

i read that it will reverse grey hair caused by nutrition deficiency. not other causes.
so far i have applied only on my hair, haven't taken internally.
i wanted to get a new bottle for eating and cooking purpose and keep separate one for applying on hair.
