Short Hair/Long Hair

I used to have long hair.....which became short during these years....
My daughters too have long hair....but they prefer shoulder length, or hip length and used to comment on me that asians always prefer long hair...
in my opinion, i like long hairs which are healthy.

In Tamil we have a phrase like----when mom took care of you, your hair is hip-length, when you look after yourself, it is shouder-length..

I had hip length straight and thick hair.Once i got a kid i couldnt spend time in washing and drying hair.So i have shoulder length now.I love both.I plan to grow long hair when my BIL gets married.

i like long hairs i am putting my best effort to grow hairs its now reaching hip length

I like to have short hair as it is easy to maintain.Long hair needs lot of maintanence which is difficult all the time.So i prefer short.

i have a long hair....but not silky.....and also it is tough to maintain.....planning to cut it short

I had long hair too and was quite proud of it. Now there is so much hair falling out, nothing has helped. So I had it cut really short and liked the new style as it was so easy to maintain.
After 3-4 months it has grown shoulder length again and I am hesitating to get it cut. It is like "eat your cake and have it too"!!!

Anyway in my opinion short hair is better as it is hassle free.
