wish to have long hair

hi freindss..

Now a days hair fall is becoming a common problems...
best way to grow and control the hair fall is..

to grow our hair.. i have a best idea which i was following.. before taking bath..
mix cocunut oil + castor oil + olive oil together..
heat for 1 min and apply to the scalp...
massage for 10 mins..
leave it for 20 mins...
and then wash completly with a shampoo.. if u follow this weekly twice.. am sure hair fall would control and u can feel the hair growth..

to grow long hairs u can take 6-7 hibiscus flower make a paste out of it
add to plain coconut oil and boil for 10-15 min
once it cools u can apply it on hair do this for atleast 2-3 days a week u can see the difference

Applying Neelibhringadi oil helps in prompting hair growth. Any hair oil must be applied for 7 months once a week before hair wash to ensure its effect.
