how to prevent hairloss

Hair loss is common when u come to USA.Its due to trying USA shampoos.What i did i made my oil which contain coconut oil, aloe vera,fenugreek seed(methi) boil and store in bottle. Whenever u want to shampoo ur hair use Himalaya Herbal shampoo,they have protien shampoo,dandruff shampoo,hair growing shampoo.I tried and it works excellent coz its mild not harsh like pantene,head and shoulders,dove,infusium...
when u oil ur hair wrap plastic or wrap hot towel to hair..So it will help to penetrate oil into scalp..

i have a very good tip to prevent hairloss,take some goat milk n some custed apple seeds n make a paste of this two without adding water n apply on scalp it ll start working with in two weeks go through this pros at least twice a week trust me it works well,if nybody trys this just let me know the results.

Pls include lot of protien in your diet like sprouts, Badam to reduce the hair loss. My skin doc suggested this for me.
