Vitamin E oil rubbed with finger tips in the scalp until hot on a regular basis gives a very good result. This rejuvenates the roots of the hair thus energising the scalp.
Capsules always have side effects.

u can try "Hamdard Roghan Badam Shirin" sweet almond oil. It is rich in Vitamin E. You will find this in medical stores also.

Hi...

You can take 1 or 2 drops of almond oil and massage ur scalp lightly . You can do this everyday.

You can also mix almond oil with coconut oil and heat the mixture (coconut oil+almond oil).Do not heat the oil too much. Just 1 min is more than enough. Then apply this to scalp and hair. Leave it for an hr or so before taking head bath. Usually i use the lid of the almond oil bottle to measure the almond oil and mix around 2 lids of almond oil to the coconut oil. You can adjust based on the length of ur hair.

Bajaj almond hair oil has vitamin E and available in all retail outlets...
