Homemade Remedies for Dandruff

Hi All,

Soak some fenugreek seeds in water on the previous day night and make the paste & apply on scalp for 20- 30 minutes and wash with mild shampoo. If dandruff is severe, soak the fenugreek in yogurt and follow the same.

It wil change the hair texture as soft and silky if you apply continuously for 6 months.

Note: Please note fenugreek cools the body, so better first try with 10-15 minutes.

Twice in a week is best. If cannot once in a week is better.

Thanks for the tips.Also I have one more tip.Mix amla powder in lemon juice,apply it to the hair and take bath after 10 min.
