Does egg really helps in hair growth?

Hi all,

I have very long hair but my hair is thin and also having hair fall.I heard that egg helps a lot in controlling hair fall.Once I applied egg yolk,but could not bear the smell.I am planning to eat an egg daily,but worried that it may increase my body weight.Can any one tell me whether its good to eat an egg or directly apply to the hair.Which one would be really beneficial?are there any good egg shampoos?I am really worried about my hair fall:bonk

You can mix the egg with henna powder and then apply, the smell will not be unbearable atleast...........:thumbsup gudluck!!

i think it works well..... and as i can see my hair are growing because i just put the egg on my hair and it worked well.... and it ONLY works well on silky hairs and i have long hair now days so mine answer would be probably yes!

Yes egg packs do stink a lot!!! But then it is very good for our hair,,,

If you break the egg the night before and keep it in the fridge; it will not smell on application. Iron deficiency is one of the major reasons of hair fall.
