Hi yuktimittal,
Welcome to IL.
Coming to hair fall, I apply fenugreek paste, every week.
1.Soak fenugreek overnight.
2. grind it smoothly.
3. Apply on your head and take shower after 1/2 or 1 hour ( depending on your body heat).
Fenugreek removes the heat and it might stop your hair fall.

Hi Yukti,
I too had tremendous hairfall in the US when I initially movedfor about 1.5 yrs. I too live in NY, but upstate NY. After which it just stopped. I think there is something very different about the water here. Is your hairfall still continuing? if you are still losing hair after 3 yrs then I would suggest mentioning it to your Dr. at your next physical. Or take an appoinment for it. Sometimes hairfall is also a sign of thyroid problems. A blood test will determine this. Anyways otherwise you know just eat healthy wholesome diet. "nuts" season is here so fill up on them. It always helps hair.

Hello,
It is common in US, because of heat and cold.
You use excessive heat during winter and outside u r exposed to cold.
On top of it, water in US makes more hair fall and grey.
Take almonds, pista (few) regularly.
Apart from it, it might be internal hormonal problems also (thyroid) etc.
take care,
Punitha

y dont u analyse the reason y u face hairfall

try to check ur diet pattern ,life style , health conditions after shifting to US

i feel u people dont cook and eat as regularly as we do here down in india
fresh nutritious meals taking u to anemias low haemoglobin levels
ur exposed to job tensions , living away frm home land and ur own people, work tensions in home front even for daily chores bcz u dont get support
either ur exposed to extreme cold or heat so either go for artificial cooling systems or heating ones which not only dry ur hair scalp and skin but also remove the natural oils in ur body

so even if ur in US try to maintain our healthy conditions :)

use one gud shampoo and conditioner
wash weeky thrice
eat healthy nutritious food
laugh and smile with no tensions

tc bye :)
