    THERE ARE MANY USES BY USING ALOEVERA AND FENUGREEKS.
    THERE IS ONE RECIPE FOR HAIR GROWTH BY USING THEM.
    cAN ANYBODY HELP ME THROUGH GIVING THE RECIPES. PLEASE HELP ME.........

    Cut the aloevera and sprinkle the fenugreek seeds in the aloevera jel and wait until the fenugreek sprouts out... later take the fenugreek sprouts and put in hot coconut oil .. or put the fenugreek in plain coconut oil and keep in sun for 7 days

    Use this hair oil very effective for hair loss and dandraff....
