Default using dishwashers......

hi
how many of you rely on dish washers compared to hand wash.
dont know for some reason, i dont like using dish washers, as i still feel it doesnt clean
properly and leaves stains of the food used in the plate/vessels..
have you ever felt that?

I prefer handwashing for a few reasons. Like you I didn't feel the washer did a good job. I tried different cleaning agents, and was not happy. Then anyhow because it's old, the washer broke. We haven't replaced it. So now I get extra exercise to stand and wash! :) Plus in the winter, a good way to keep my hands warm in hot water.

I do think that with the Indian cooking though some things do not come out as clean in the dishwasher and never understood why some people wash by hand (completely) then put in the washer too....

One trick is to put a scoop of Oxy powder in addition to the regular amount of dishwasher detergent when you run the load. It helps a lot.

Great Idea! I also use a scoop of this in my laundry and reduce the laundry powder....
