good institutes in Illinois for pursuing MS in Computers

Hi all,

I recently got married and moved to US, IL. I have been here for 5 months.I want to pursue MS now.I wanted to get some suggestions on gud colleges for pursuing MS in Computer Science.I have not yet written my GRE and TOFEL.I am planning to join in Dec.So, wat are all the things i need to do.I am on H4.Is it gud to do my education on H4 or convert to F1.

And can i do 1 semister on H4 and then convert to F1.Is it easy that way?And wat are the normal deadlines for the applications in colleges for dec-jan admissions.
And does the applications deadlines mentioned by the colleges include ur GRE score.Is it right that we get in-state residance discount in the fee after 1 yr of residance in this state.(ILLINOIS).

Pls cud someone help me answering these questions.
