Default H4 Dependent Question

Hi friends,
My daughter is in H4.dependent on me. I'm planning to go to India for a short duration, leaving my daughter here. Is that possible to do that way as she is dependent on me not on my Husband. Also how to change her dependent status to be dependent on my Husband. Any ideas????
