Default You in Singapore or US?

Dear Josh,

Here in the US you can study on H4. I am currently on H4 yet pursuing a Masters program here. I do not know how it works at state universities but I know for sure that you could pursue education in pvt universities.

Hope this helps.

Default Hi Josh,

You can study on H-4 visa in US....also at State Universities.

Default H4 to F1 Conversion - Questions

Hi
I am planning to change my status from h4 to f1.I got admission from universities. My name was included in my husbands I140.I have heard that my F1 can be rejected because I140 petetion shows immigration intent ..whereas F1 is non immigrant visa. Please let me know if any one has gone thru this process ...what are the chances of getting my F1 approved?
plss reply as early as possible as i am planning to do this by fall.

Hi Priya,

You can enroll in any program to get your bachelors', Masters' or even a PhD degree while on H4. You're free to take Certificate courses as well.

I just finished an MS degree in Human Resources Management and am currently employed.

Hope this helps-
Shal
