h1 receipts 2009

Ny one got any further info on H1?? please update.
i have applied under general quota and did not hear anything from my consultant yet.
all premium applications should have recieved receipts by now. if not then you are not thorough the lottery.
regular quota..as far as i know can still expect. good luck to all

Im also still waiting for H1..You told about Cheque enchashment..How do we know about that?..Do we have ask the consultant about this?..I haven't got any reply sofar..still Is there chance for me to get H1?..Plz reply

Is there anyone still waiting for H1 receipts or Is there anyone who has got their application back. When will we come to know about our application status. I am still waiting for mine. till now i did not get my reciept or application back.

Hi,

Mine has been picked in the lottery. Awaitinf for the results. My husband's frenz and other who have undergone the same situation are telling that we are almost thro, just they will have to go throu a formal enquiry regarding the background of the applicant and related.If everything is smooth and if there are no legal issues, there are no worries of being rejected after getting picked in the lottery.I am not sure, it is just the opinion of diff people i meet.

Hi My sister applied for H1B in normal process and got her application approved a month back , her friend also got like a month back.

Hi All,

I still have not heard anything about my receipt till now. I dont know what is the procedure. I don't have any receipt number to follow up or check the status. My lawyer says he has not heard anything yet on my application.I would like to know how one can track and if i have to provide future reference then how can i do it.

My application went thru lottery but its stil pending havent got the approval yet.My application is being processed in California centre.Has anybody's application in the same status.How long will it take for us application to get approved.
