Santha,
You seem to be advertising paid jobs and saying even H4 visa status can work. Isn't that illegal? How is this being advertised here? Isn't that risky for IL website too?

While you may have 'quiet' means of getting payments done, it can be a serious problem if someone works for pay in H4 visa and they may have to face deportation?

Thank you for concern. This is ecommerce business. There is no quiet payment. There is tax on earning. Tax exemptions on operation cost. Every one has option to keep their informaton in IL directory. Thats ok, just wanted to alert that folks on H4 need to be careful, since it is a very high risk. I just want folks on H4-visa to be careful, since I've known cases where people have gotten into trouble when they attempt to earn money on H4.
