HI Laya,

Its good to know that you have reduced much with PCOS. Keep going.
No one can't say when you will conceive! Some may conceive immediately, some take few months and few take years to conceive! Its all depends on our body & the condition of it.

Baby dust to you!

So a lot of research later I decided to start taking Triphala every night. A half tsp with hot water. Worked like magic. My next period was normal after God knows how many months. No bleeding between periods. I have been using triphala which acts like a tonic for the glands and I have to say I have my life back. It used to be stressful every month and now I am free of that. Hope you feel better. Try it. Can't harm you.

Dear laya

It is very encouraging and motivating to read that u lost 10kgs with a lot of determination.. keep up the excellent work..
No one can predict how long u take to get pregnant. But I wod suggest try on the most fertile days.. check that using ovulator calculator. Apart from this (only if doctor says yes) try to take folic pills. I have been adviced to take evion 400 and folic acid pills ... So ask ur doc..

Dont worry all the very best.. try to read a lot on PCOS and fertility online... right now I am not trying to get pregnant.. trying to regularise peroids.. will be starting from sept..

luv
niv
