Default Menstrual problems - all doubts

HI friends ,

I wish i will get all my doubts cleared in this forum so iam posting you my problem.

here it goes iam 31yrs with one daughter aged 2.2 motnths .Actually from the day my menses started (that is when i was 13 yrs) my peroids are little bit irregular .later on when i was 28 yrs i suddenly put on wt due to some personal problems and work stress and at that time my periods didnot come for 3 months .I went to doctors and had all checkups done including hormonal everything was alright. Then she gave some medicine to get periods .later on i got conceived and after my baby came my preiods started coming regularly .Now suddenly from past 1 yr same old problem my periods come once in 2months .I have done checkups and everything is normal except for pap smear test which is negetive.doctor told me usually it goes on its own and asked me to come for checkup after 6 months.

But then iam worried 'coz i want one more child maybe after 1 yr .Is anytthing abnormal with me .Is it some kind of symptom of premenapause.Iam having so many qeustions about this in my mind .I will be greatfull if somebody can help me to get rid of this tension.

Thanks in advance.
waiting for your valuable responses.......

Take carrot juice every day for three months. Cinnamon powder along with limejuice taken every day is also found to be very helpful to get regular menstrual cycle. Take fenugreek sprouts 2table spoon with your salad. Sesame seeds are also used as a home remedy for menstrual problem. Have 1 teaspoon of sesame powder twice daily. banana flower is found to be useful for menstrual disorders. You must take dry dates, raisin, green leafy vegetables, liver, bajra etc. Take citrus fruit after meals, this will help in iron absorption. It will help in menstrual delay.

Eat every day a handful of black sesame seeds with palm jaggery. put in a blender and powder as much as you can and eat in from the 7th day of menstruation till the beginning of the next cycle. This may not work with just one trial. It may have to be done for a few months say 2 to 4 months.

i think u shd start walking or some sort of regular excersise bcz it is a vicious cycle whn u have irregular periods u have some harmonal imbalances i think by now u wud have checked up abt pcod prob there is a full thread which is being discussed on pcod pl read it to understand ur prob better
if ur ruled of pcod thn u better try to conceive earliest and finish of ur childbearing stage so tht u need not worry abt ur next child as ur 1st child is 2 yrs old . I knw it wud be hectic for u to manage two kids but they wil grow up easily and u need to struggle for another two yrs i think thts always best as u wilbe energetic now whn compared to 3-4 yrs down the lane
tc bye :)

Default Important stage of Women's life

Hi ILites,

I am 44 years old. For the past one year my menstrual cycle, comes a bit irregular. But so far from the day of starting of menses, I had the cycles very regular. I consulted Dr. and she opined that this will slowly lead to Menopause. I would like to know others’ experiences on this.

most of the time irregular periods leads to PCO's, talk to ur gyn abt this. some of ur symptoms like worry, weight gain & irregualr periods indicate u have PCO's. Do a full checkup, including ultrasound.

Dear Vivbass,

Did u talk to ur gyn abt this??? How old are U??? If ure married & have no kids then better to go for full chk-up, most of the time irregular periods leads to PCO's. I'm telling u from my experience, when first time i went to gyn & she told me abt pco's i didn't take it seriously, but now i realized how big mistake i made, becoz of pcos i had 2 miscarriages.
