It is quite normal. Just mention this to your OB and she should give you some back stretching exercises. I used to do some and it helped me a lot with my back pain during pregnancy. I also used to go for swimming, and used to do pregnancy pilates and yoga at home. They all helped me with keeping fit during the pregnancy and delivery and losing weight afterwards.
