Irregular periods

    Hi everyone
    I'm 35 yrs old married woman. I always had my periods come in 28 days cycle.
    suddenly from 3-4 months my periods flow is becoming less n less and this month i didn't have my periods.got my blood test for pregnancy...it came -ve.
    I need help to get my periods regular.or how to make them start with a good flow.
    getting restless....i've PMS tooo....so I'm just cranky n crying....what shud I do?
    pls help....
