Suggest some good GYN in Northern VA

I need help in finding an good GYN. Iam desperately looking for GYN. Please Advice me.

My friend goes to Dr. Shyamala Naroji and says she is good. You can get her address if you google search by her name. Guess she is somewhere in Fairfax or somewhere near Chantilly .

Most of my friends go to Dr.Felicia Donald.I have heard that she is really good.Maybe you could try going to her.

Thanks for the info. i could not respond u immediately. Dr. Shyamala is not in my insurance. hence i have to look for another Dr.

Sriha, My obgyn is Dr.Felicia Donald. She is pretty cool. You can try her. Her office is in fair oaks hospital. Best Wishes,Sita

I am moving to Fairfax/Va last week of Aug . I am looking for good obgyns too. i am in the third trimester.I tried Dr. Felicia Donald, but she wouldnt take patients in third trimester. I have fixed appt with Dr.syamala naroji. I wanted to find out about the experience with dr syamala from someone (sriha/sri /anyone who posted in the above forum )who went to her . If there are suggestions for other obgyns please do let me know

Sorry for delay in replying Devi. I have not gone to Syamala but I am looking with Dr. Reepa Shah(Womens OBGYN). U can google it and can have the info. I feel ok with the Dr. bcoz they will not call and tell u the results immediately and we have to wait for atleast 1 month to get the results overphone from them. As far as the Dr she is very knowledagable and answers whatever we ask.

Hi, I go to a practice called GreenBriar Ob-Gyn in Fair Oaks VA. They have three doctors in the practice - one of them, Dr. Sarita Gopal is an Indian. One of the three is a male doctor, though. So if you have issues about seeing a male physician, that may not work. However they are all rated in the Top Docs list put out yearly by the Washingtonian magazine. They deliver at Fair Oaks.
