| Hi Hasa, I really feel sorry for you. I can suggest two things. I have had very good experience wtih alternate therapies and believe that they can really help you, especially for these kind of situations. You could try acupressure and also some yoga. I can give you the contacts of the acupressure doctor I go to; He is v good and will not require to come often. He will teach you and you can do at home. If you are interested, please PM me and I will give you his contacts. Regarding yoga, I am sure you can find some centre near your place. | Hi Hasa, I can understand the pain and its effects on our routine. My mom suggested me to have a warm pad on the abdomen which gives you temporary releif. ut doing some Pranayama exercises releived me from such pain and it is very helpful. PS: Pranayama exercise should be practiced only under some expert supervision. Hope you feel better. Anusha |
