I many time before the onset of periods, become crazy:spin during those dayz as in cry/shout for no reasons,dizziness,craving for chocoloates(big time),tenderness in breast, irritability,many such things i dont find real me,a chirpy and bubbly girl!! Have heard that taking fenugreek(venthayam) with warm water early morning as first thing will cure PMS. Me too have the same probs I need to follow the above recipe from this month
yes yes!! agree with u.. i experience irritatability and food cravings ...... regular exercise helps a lot... esp yoga...
hi all, I have tried fenugreek .. it didnt help much. Secondly yoga i am unable to do daily... Please i am in lots of problems due to pms. I get the symptoms 10 days before my periods and 10 days after so twice a month. The symptoms are so much that it leads to lots of fights between me and my spouse to the extent that there is man handling. .. The love and affection and even understanding has been affected due to this... Please help me .. Give me some good tried solution to this...
Hi dear, I suggest you start taking Bcomplex supplements everyday for a month, and see how your next period goes. I'm sure whatever deficiency you had in thiamine and riboflavin, which are helpful in fighting pms, will be recovered and you might have an easy period. Also, eat healthy home made food, including yogurt, beans and fresh fruits and vegetables.
