| Hello Ladies ! I suffer from PMS too and here is what works for me. I used to have Vit B6 tablets and bananas(natural vit b6) during my pms and it used to work to an extent, but Evening Primrose Oil capsules work better for me. I see such a positive change in my moods that I would recommend it. It is also supposed to regulate hormonal imbalances. Good luck ! |
